Real Aid and The White Stuff, Beverley
Real Aid is always proud to make further links and closer ties with our local community. For some time we have been working with 'The White Stuff' in Beverley's Saturday market to raise awareness and funds for our local projects. As always we have to thank the staff and customers for their tireless efforts in supporting Real Aid.

The New York Times and The Guardian
In the past 12 months our Food bank project has been featured in several major newspapers. Jay Rayner of The Guardian and Masterchef visited the warehouse and several of our food bank members to report on our work. We have also welcomed Katrin Bennhold from the New York Times, who joined in with the distribution of food bags at our food bank in Bridlington.
Real Aid has also featured in a documentary on the BBC by Sean McAllister. The programme was about the plight of the working poor and food poverty in the city of Hull. Real Aid featured heavily because of our work, together with community centres, in redistributing food to vulnerable and marginalised families.
